Research Description

My research interests broadly encompass the systematics, behavior and biogeography of carabid beetles. I am particularly interested in the snail-eating beetles belonging to the genus Scaphinotus. Using contemporary methods in morphological and molecular systematics I hope to learn more about the evolutionary relationships and phylogeography of this group.
