• Do not rearrange furniture in the meeting rooms unless it is placed back in its original location upon completion of the program or meeting.
  • Equipment and furnishings may not be removed from the facility.
  • Dispose of any trash and/or recyclables, compost material appropriately to prevent critters.
  • No bicycles, skates or pets allowed.
  • No loud music or disruptive behavior.
  • Alcoholic beverages may not be served without prior authorization and approval with ESPM Department and building management.
  • A campus permit & faculty sponsor at the time of the event is a campus requirement.
  • Groups and individuals are responsible for ANY damage to University property.
  • All campus rules and regulations are to be abided by.
