The National Science Foundation (NSF) has announced this year's recipients of Graduate Research Fellowships (GRF), and we are excited to announce that 8 ESPM students were recipients of this prestigious award! The NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students in NSF-supported science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines who are pursuing research-based Master's and doctoral degrees at accredited United States institutions. NSF awarded the GRF to 2,000 individuals from among 16,500 applicants in 2015. UC Berkeley received 109 (5%) of the awards granted!
