• ESPM spaces are reserved only for ESPM use in relation to research and teaching needs and then RCNR college use if available.  Here are some examples of when rooms may be reserved: lab meetings, GSI office hours, qualifying exams, research meetings, graduate study groups.

  • Repeating reservations can not be longer than one term.  Please make your reservation accordingly.
  • Do not rearrange furniture in the meeting rooms unless it is placed back in its original location upon completion of the program or meeting.
  • Equipment and furnishings may not be removed from the facility.
  • DO NOT access the roof.  It is against campus policy. There are fume hoods exhausts, etc. that are dangerous.
  • Dispose of any trash and/or recyclables, compost material appropriately to prevent critters.
  • No bicycles, skates or pets allowed.
  • No loud music or disruptive behavior.
  • Alcoholic beverages may not be served without prior authorization and approval with a UCPD alcohol permit, ESPM Department and building management approval.
  • A campus permit & faculty sponsor at the time of the event is a campus requirement if alcohol is to be served.
  • Groups and individuals are responsible for ANY damage to University property.
  • All campus rules and regulations are to be abided by.
