- Do not rearrange furniture in the meeting rooms unless it is placed back in its original location upon completion of the program or meeting.
- Equipment and furnishings may not be removed from the facility.
- Dispose of any trash and/or recyclables, compost material appropriately to prevent critters.
- No bicycles, skates or pets allowed.
- No loud music or disruptive behavior.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be served without prior authorization and approval with ESPM Department and building management.
- A campus permit & faculty sponsor at the time of the event is a campus requirement.
- Groups and individuals are responsible for ANY damage to University property.
- All campus rules and regulations are to be abided by.
