Room Reservation Policy

Room reservations must be ESPM business related.

Room reservations can only be requested by Faculty, CE Specialists, Adjuncts, Lecturers, Lab Staff, Graduate Students, and Postdoctoral Researchers in ESPM.
Room Policy

Do not rearrange furniture in the rooms unless furniture is placed back in its original location at the end of your reservation time.
- Turn off the lights upon leaving the room.

A/V equipment and furnishings may not be removed from the facilities.

Dispose of all trash and/or recyclables, and compost materials appropriately to prevent critters.

No bicycles, skates, scooters or non-service pets are allowed.

No loud music or disruptive behavior is permitted.
- Wipe chalkboards and whiteboards clean upon leaving the space.

Alcoholic beverages may not be served without prior authorization and approval from UCPD and the ESPM Department. A campus alcohol permit and faculty sponsor, at the time of the event, is a campus requirement.

Groups and individuals are responsible for ANY damage to University property.

Abide by all campus rules and regulations.
- Permanent mounting of wall decor must be approved by the ESPM Department Manager.
ESPM is providing permission for use of its department's conference rooms (103 Mulford, 112 Hilgard, 251C Hilgard, 331 Hilgard) for the academic, research, and department business by the reservation holder for the time indicated on the approved calendar invitation.
The room is under the control of the ESPM Department. It is intended for work of the ESPM Department and affiliated groups during open building hours and not for informal gatherings or events. All Mulford, Hilgard, Wellman, Giannini, and campus space policies apply including and not limited to, the presence and consumption of alcohol is not permitted without prior approval from UCPD;
Other Registered Student Organizations should reserve campus space through Berkeley Event Services
