Chloe Faehndrich is a Ph.D. student at UC Berkeley in the Environmental Science, Policy, and Management Department. She is interested in anthropogenic land use changes that result from agricultural expansion. More specifically, she investigates the impacts of agricultural reservoirs on biogeochemical cycling and climate dynamics. In her research, Chloe utilizes remote sensing data, Earth Systems Models, and GIS to understand these systems at local to global scales. She is passionate about working with decision makers to both inform and guide her ressearch.
