Equipment Rental Policies:

  1. Rental requests are only for students, faculty, and staff in the ESPM Department. 
  2. Equipment must be used solely for ESPM-related activities; personal use and use by student organizations are not permitted.
  3. Equipment may be checked out and returned between 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
  4. ESPM Rental equipment must remain on campus.
  5. Please return the equipment promptly at the agreed-upon time to ensure smooth future rentals.
  6. All rented equipment, including cords and dongles, must be returned in the same condition as received.
  7. In case of equipment issues, such as breaking or malfunctioning, please notify us immediately via email at espmrcpt@berkeley.edu.
