Requesting a Room:
Go to your Bcal and search for the room.
Anyone can check the availability by doing a bCal calendar search and anyone can request a reservation on the calendar by inviting "Mulford - 103" or the other rooms to their event. They are also hyperlinked below. You must be signed into your Berkeley Calendar for access. A hold is put in the room's bCal immediately once requested. You must list the reason for the reservation or the reservation will be denied. Then Robert goes in and checks the reservations for approval. Please allow for a couple of business days in order for it to be approved.
You will be able to tell when it is approved in the calendar invite has a green check mark in it.
