Requesting a Room:
Go to your Bcal and search for the room.
Anyone can check the availability by doing a bCal calendar search and anyone can request a reservation on the calendar by inviting "Mulford - 103" or the other rooms to their event. The request then goes to Robert for easy approval. A hold is put in the room's bCal immediately once requested. Please allow for a couple of business days in order for it to be approved.
You will be able to tell when it is approved in the calendar invite has a green check mark in it.

When cancelling an event, you must notify Graduate Student Affairs Office via email seventy-two (72) hours prior to event.
If possible, don’t interrupt the meeting. Call the Office of Graduate Student Services at 510.642.1546, so that the conflict can be resolved.
