Requesting a Room:
Go to your Bcal and search for the room.
Anyone can check the availability by doing a bCal calendar search and anyone can request a reservation on the calendar by inviting as a guest "Mulford - 103" or the other rooms to their event. They are also hyperlinked below. You must be signed into your Berkeley Calendar for access. A hold is put in the room's bCal immediately once requested. You must list the reason for the reservation or the reservation will be denied. Then a staff person goes in and checks the reservations for approval. Please allow for a couple of business days in order for it to be approved.
You will be able to tell when it is approved in the calendar invite has a green check mark in it.
- Adhere to the policies and guidelines governing the meeting and class rooms.
