Leaves Administration

BEST Region will assess the situation, provide consultation or advice to the employee, or consult/advise with the supervisor

Payroll & Timekeeping

BEST Region will ensure timely and accurate pay to employees and will work to provide timely and accurate resoltuions to timekeeping or payroll issues

Visas and Immigration; contact International Office for visa processing, questions, and renewal

Pre-Employment Activities & Onboarding

 

BEST Region will contact employee to schedule onboarding.

Employee Lifecycle

Notify BEST Region HR/APS of any changes in employment. For voluntary separations, provide employee resignation letter.

BEST Region HR/APS will input changes in HCM and other systems as required, process final pay, and send any necessary notification letters

Compensation

Submit your request by contacting BEST Region HR/APS. For classifications or reclassifications, please provide job description and org chart. For STAR awards, please submit completed form.

BEST Region HR/APS will assist with development of job descriptions, interface with Central HR Compensation, process salary adjustments and awards, and provide letters for employers.
