How to Reserve 103 Mulford Using bCal:

  1. You must be signed-in to your Berkeley Calendar to access. Click Add to Google Calendar at the bottom of the calendar embedded on the page.

  2. Search the calendar for the preferred date and time that you want to reserve and click Create Event.

  3. In the Add Title section, include your full first name and the first letter of your last name, then a title of your reservation (eg. Frank T. Lab Meeting, Frank T. QE, Frank T. Office Hours). For GSA or Lab meetings, include that in the title. 

  4. In the Add As Guest section, type "Mulford-103"

  5. In the Add Description section, include your ESPM affiliation, reservation business purpose, and the number of attendees. Without these details, requests will be denied.

  6. Click More Options and add your Berkeley email address in the Guests section to receive notifications for your reservation.

  7. Once you click Save, your reservation request is complete. A staff member will review your request. You will receive bMail notification of your reservation confirmation.

How to Connect a Mac Laptop to the TV Monitor Using a HDMI Cable & HDMI Port Adapter:

  1. Plug the HDMI Port Adapter into your laptop's Type C-USB port.
  2. Plug the HDMI Cable into the HDMI Port Adapter
  3. Plug the free end of the HDMI Cable into HDMI Port 1 on the side of the TV Monitor. If HDMI Port 1 is in use, plug-in to HDMI Port 2.
  4. Power TV Monitor ON using the Samsung remote controller. The monitor will prompt you to Mirror Your Display &/or Select PC.
  5. On your laptop, select Screen Mirroring via Display Settings.
  6. Select Choose Content → Select Entire Screen → Select Start Mirroring. The image on your laptop should appear on the TV Monitor.
